Check-in is at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is before 10 a.m. on day of departure.
Once the booking is confirmed by payment of deposit the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation we will seek to re-let the property and make a refund of monies paid less the initial deposit, which is non refundable.
